Gemma began her media career in 2001 at print advertising agency Barkers and was responsible for producing and placing adverts for a portfolio of high profile clients within the education sector. She then went on to gain six years' experience in the direct marketing industry working for two
of the UK's biggest DRTV Home Shopping companies - Vector Direct and TV Network. Having worked as both Media and Sales Manager over the course of her career, Gemma has a wide breadth of client and agency experience. |
| She is an expert in the planning, buying and analysis of on-air campaigns as well as selling product into retail and live shopping channels. Her responsibilities have allowed her to develop valuable relationships with shopping channels QVC and Ideal World. For the past 2 years, Gemma has worked exclusively on the agency side, managing the accounts of some of the biggest names in drtv and continuously seeks new media opportunities. |

Jasminka Poparic McCaffery left her career in Social Enterprise Development in West London and decided to venture into exciting world of DRTV in 2006 by joining TV Network, one of the biggest DRTV companies in UK at the time. Better known as “Jazz” in the Media Industry, she quickly developed passion and understanding for negotiating deals, analysis and valuation of media. Jazz has run media departments client and agency side with budgets in excess of £6 million per year, making her one of the UK’s most experienced and savvy media professionals. |
She joined Element Media Direct as soon as it was founded in 2009. Jazz heads up account management and performance analysis, sales planning, pricing, and prospect strategy.
After over a decade living in London, Jazz now enjoys living in Berkshire and is hoping one day to take golf seriously. |

Building powerful DRTV campaigns is Peter's first calling. Having spent several years in Japan rebuilding Oak Lawn Marketing's in house media buying division,
he took the opportunity to help build the in house media buying teams for two of the UK's largest infomercial companies, Vector Direct and TV Network, Ltd. |
| He's built high ROI customer acquisition campaigns for dozens of direct response products and services across every product category as well as across every type of channel. In 2006 Peter negotiated Britain's largest ever DRTV media buy,
£5.3 million for Sit-Up.tv's overnight capacity.
After heading back to the US to run AeroGrow's DRTV division, he founded Element Media Direct in 2009 with the aim of establishing a US-style DRTV planning and buying agency in London. As a dual British American citizen in 2007, Peter increased his ability to visit the UK's finest pubs by splitting his time between Portland, Oregon, and London. |
